Chuck Norris always plays the unstoppable in his movies, and maybe that is why the Chuck Norris Facts typically claim that Norris is an all-powerful super-being.
The Chuck Norris Facts started as a byproduct of Vin Diesel Facts. In time, the Chuck Norris Facts became more poplar than the original. According to Google insights, the Chuck Norris Facts was most popular right after the phenomenon started in 2005, more specific in January 2006.
Chuck Norris himself doesn’t take these jokes very seriously, but he says he is flattered. In this YouTube video he says that his favorite fact about himself is; «When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris».
Why do I think Chuck Norris Facts became so popular? – Because people love stupid facts.
